2. Service Authorization & Proof of Ownership

To ensure legal compliance and protect property owners, customers must provide valid government-issued identification and proof of ownership or authorization (such as vehicle registration, property deed, lease agreement, or authorization letter) before any lockout, key duplication, or lock modification service is performed.

3. Pricing, Estimates, and Payments

• Verbal or online quotes provided prior to on-site inspection are estimates based on initial descriptions.

• Final pricing is confirmed on-site before work begins, accounting for specific lock types, security levels, and labor required.

• Payment is due immediately upon completion of the requested service. We accept major credit/debit cards and cash.

4. Service Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel service requests without charge before a technician is dispatched. Cancellations requested after a mobile technician has been dispatched to your location may incur a standard service call/trip fee to cover travel and dispatch expenses.

5. Limitation of Liability

Syracuse Locksmith is not responsible for pre-existing damage to doors, locks, frames, ignitions, or electronic systems. While our technicians utilize non-destructive entry methods whenever possible, necessary destructive methods (such as drilling compromised high-security locks) will only be performed with prior client consent.
